Role Description
The Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Loganair’s Head Office near Glasgow Airport. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support brand growth, route performance, and customer engagement across the network. - Planning and managing multi-channel campaigns
- Overseeing digital and social media activity
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners

The Senior Marketing Manager will:
- Manage the marketing budget
- Guide agency relationships
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Conduct market analysis, identifying growth opportunities
- Support new route launches
- Mentor junior team members to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand development, preferably within travel, aviation, or consumer services.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content marketing, including managing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns.
- Proven skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and measure return on marketing investment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across commercial, operations, and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management, coaching, and cross-functional project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools, campaign management software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage.
- Understanding of regional aviation, tourism markets, or transport sectors is beneficial, along with an interest in sustainability and customer-centric service.
