🚨 Senior Manager – Washing & Disinfection (EMEA)

We're currently exclusively partnering with a global medical technology organisation to appoint a Senior Manager responsible for driving the commercial and marketing strategy of its Washing & Disinfection portfolio across EMEA.

This is a highly visible regional leadership opportunity, working closely with global product management, sales, and clinical stakeholders to shape strategy, launch new products, and accelerate growth across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across the Washing & Disinfection portfolio.
  • Drive market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and commercial positioning.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical experts, and industry associations.
  • Partner with global teams to influence portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, and innovation.
  • Lead regional product launches, creating compelling messaging, sales tools, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop engaging multi-channel marketing content aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Create customer and sales training materials that communicate product benefits and clinical value.
  • Monitor market performance and campaign effectiveness, using data to optimise future initiatives.
  • Influence cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product management, and regional leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years' experience in marketing, including significant experience within Washing & Disinfection, infection prevention, medical devices, or a related healthcare field.
  • Proven success leading regional marketing strategies across EMEA.
  • Experience working within complex international matrix organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage product launches, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
  • Experience producing marketing content, sales enablement materials, and customer education programmes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree advantageous.
  • Fluent English is essential, with additional European languages viewed favourably.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA (approximately 30%).
