Senior Marketing Manager

About The Role

Tropic is entering an exciting new chapter. Alongside a complete rebrand, we are putting a renewed spotlight on the heart of our business: our Ambassadors.

For over a decade, our direct sales model has powered Tropic’s growth. Now, we’re ready to amplify that story, showing the world just how powerful and inspiring it is to be part of our Ambassador community.

As Senior Marketing Manager, reporting into the Marketing Director, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of Tropic’s core brand marketing, spanning both DTC and Ambassador communications.

This role sits within a highly collaborative marketing function, with strong leadership alignment and support from specialist teams across the business.

You will work closely alongside Creative, Digital, PR and Product Marketing teams, ensuring all output is joined-up and consistent across the full marketing mix.

You’ll be responsible for bringing the Tropic brand to life through joined-up, multi-channel campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and belief in our opportunity.

This is a senior, hands-on role combining creative thinking, leadership, and execution. You’ll lead the core marketing team, shape campaign direction, and oversee delivery across launches, incentives, events and always-on communications.

You’ll Ensure That

  • Ambassadors remain central to the Tropic story
  • Marketing activity feels cohesive, exciting and consistent
  • Both Ambassadors and customers feel engaged, equipped and inspired

Key Responsibilities

Core Brand & Ambassador Marketing

  • Lead and deliver Tropic’s core brand marketing strategy, covering both DTC and Ambassador B2B communications.
  • Ensure Ambassadors are consistently positioned as the heroes of our brand story - celebrating their businesses, successes and impact.
  • Keep the brand “alive” across launches, incentives, events, campaigns and always-on communications.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the Core Marketing Team, including Marketing Executives, Content Writers and the organic Social Media team.
  • Provide clear direction, prioritisation and support, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and on time.
  • Act as a senior executor - able to lead, roll out and refine campaigns, while contributing creatively to their development.

Campaigns, Engagement & Experience

  • Oversee the marketing calendar to ensure campaigns, launches and communications are cohesive, well-paced and aligned to brand and business priorities.
  • Work closely with the Ambassador Development team to create marketing strategies that support:
    • Ambassador recruitment and retention
    • Incentives and recognition
    • Events and community engagement
    • Business tools and resources
  • Ensure Ambassadors are equipped with compelling, easy-to-use marketing assets that enable them to market Tropic confidently to their own customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
