  • Develop and execute marketing strategy across various channels, including SDK networks, DSPs, social, rewarded networks and more.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management, including budget management, bid optimization, account structure, ad copy, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve KPIs.
  • Analyze campaigns and inform the team with your insights.
  • Work with creative teams, internal and external, to ideate and create top performing ads.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in user acquisition in the mobile games industry
  • You LOVE hands-on work - this is an active role
  • Campaign management experience in self-served platforms
  • Significant budget management and experience working with a variety of UA channels:
    • Data proficiency - ability to understand, and act upon attribution and performance data
  • Establish and maintain relationships with publishers and marketing partners
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Positive personality, comfortable giving and receiving feedback
