At Wagamama, food is life 🥢 and we’re here to make every bite count. With over 165 restaurants across the UK (and growing fast) we’ve been dishing up vibrant, fresh Asian-inspired flavours since ‘92. It’s all about good food, good vibes, and good company 🍜🔥

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Brand Partnerships) + to join us🌱 ready to dive in and stir things up

Purpose

To drive guest acquisition and build long-term brand equity by identifying, securing, and executing high-profile national and local partnerships and live experiential activations.

This role focuses on commercial growth through cultural integration, managing external specialist agencies + scaling live brand moments that connect directly with the restaurant floor.

Key Accountabilities

  • Proactively source, commercially assess, pitch, and negotiate contract terms with new strategic partners (national to local) to build a robust brand partnership pipeline
  • Define the partnership strategy, establishing its role within wider marketing, target audience, messaging, customer journey, and alignment with brand and commercial objectives
  • Build and deliver integrated Tier 1 activation plans across events, on-site experiences, branding, sampling/content capture, customer engagement, passes, and attendance
  • Manage experiential and sampling agencies end to end including the pitch process, onboarding, contracting, SOW setting, and QBRs.
  • Manage events end-to-end (i.e., briefing, budgeting, supplier management, campaign delivery, and PCAs).
  • Establish Tier 1 KPIs and a measurement framework, then deliver post-event and end-of-season reporting across awareness, engagement, conversions, sales, Soul Club sign-ups, and offer redemptions.
  • Partner flexibly with regional leadership teams to support monthly operations and share accountability for through-the-line campaign execution, media/PR agency coordination, localising brand campaigns, and tracking budget ROI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
