We’re looking for an energetic, creative Senior Marketing Manager to help take THIS™ brand love to the next level. With a clear brand strategy and a full brand refresh, this is your chance to make a difference across every consumer touchpoint and throughout the team. This role is as good as it gets; you own the marketing strategy and annual marketing activation plan (MAP), deciding on what, when, how and how much you want to spend across firework campaigns and ongoing heartbeat, shopper, experiential community and social. The world is your oyster as long as it’s on brand, and you can prove it’s driving brand love.
What will you be getting up to?
Every day is different but just to give you an idea, you’ll be:
- Working with the team to deliver remarkable campaigns that really deliver online and offline, ensuring that we leverage every touch point and squeeze as much out of the brief as possible.
- Working with the Marketing Activations Manager to develop a fully integrated MAP with activations throughout the year which will excite, delight and encourage consumers to join our THIS™fits community.
- Owning the digital marketing strategy across social, website, CRM, search, AI search, influencer and performance marketing, ensuring every channel works together to drive awareness, trial, loyalty and advocacy.
- Leading the consumer ecosystem, ensuring content, shopper, community, CRM, loyalty and digital channels work together to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Setting the strategic direction for the THIS™fits community, working closely with the Community Manager to maximize community growth, engagement and advocacy.
- Ensuring that we have a super engaging, always-on approach with our community programme, bringing it to life with content, partnerships, pop-ups, supper clubs, anything and everything that will Get Them, Keep Them and Make Them Shout.
- Developing the annual bottom-up and top-down Marketing budget and managing the spend and monthly reconciliation to ensure we stay on track.
- Working with the Marketing Activation Manager to develop launch plans for NPD and attending Stage and Gate meetings so that together with the Product Marketing Manager, the consumer's voice is heard, loud and proud.
- Working closely with the Commercial team to ensure that we are joined at the hip on all things Retailer and Food Service, supporting wherever Marketing can, to drive brand love.
- Leading Team and agency meetings, as relevant, sharing your creativity and ideas with the team.
- Sharing community insight, first-party data and social listening to shape campaigns, innovation and customer experience and working with the Category Manager and Product Marketing Manager to ensure that we are leveraging what we learn and changing our approach if necessary.
- Creating, monitoring and reporting performance marketing campaigns and working with a digital agency to make them a success.
- Driving website performance, SEO and AI search visibility to grow brand discovery, authority and retailer demand.
- Supporting the Product Marketing Managers with design and artwork checking, copy etc. to ensure we're 100% on brand and 100% good to go.
- Working closely with the Community Manager to ensure community activity supports the annual Marketing Activation Plan and wider brand strategy.
- Developing monthly marketing and digital performance dashboards, reporting results, insights and recommendations to the Leadership Team, Board and Investors.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
