Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager for Corporate Traveller UK, where you will personally own the full spectrum of UK growth marketing, ensuring achievement of demand generation, referral programmes, full-funnel engagement, and brand reinforcement, all in close alignment with our global strategy and the SVP Global Marketing.
You’ll oversee a team of three direct reports, including campaign, partnership, and lead generation specialists, and will serve as the chief driver of pipeline growth and customer acquisition across the UK market.
This role demands an individual capable of working under pressure, juggling multi-tasking with precision, and prioritising workloads to meet shifting business objectives. Exposure, stewardship, and frequent collaboration with key stakeholders will also be routine, including SVP Global Marketing, sales leadership, internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Planning
- Plan and execute UK-wide acquisition marketing programmes, in close partnership with SVP Global Marketing, sales leadership, and UK executive team, ensuring sustainability of pipeline and revenue targets.
- Ensure progress across the full customer lifecycle (awareness, consideration, decision, retention), while prioritising high-impact demand generation.
- Custodianship of the Corporate Traveller brand in UK, driving its consistent delivery and reinforcing brand identity within fishbowl-sized markets.
- Manage and professionalise a team of three direct reports, including:
- Campaigns Manager (Acquisition)
- Senior Marketing Executive
- Referrals & Partnerships Marketing Manager

Execution & Campaign Oversight
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing for:
- SDLC-driven lead nurturing
- Industry-leading SEO, brand Afeo suggestions and performance-driven PPC planning.
- Enhanced regional content calendar across digital channels.
- Google-friendly, high-conversions sites supporting offline engagement.
- Localise and adapt global initiatives, including brand campaigns, product launches, awards submissions, sponsorships, and offline advertising audits.
- Develop UK marketing communications and internal enablement programmes, ensuring ongoing awareness of strategy and velocity-enhanced funnel results.
Technical & Operational
- Support adoption strategies to increase active usage among our customer base.
- Actively drive brand visibility at field-focused events, ensuring lead capture and exhibiting value stories in CRM.
- Work with the PR team to execute a preapproved PR plan, including refined award submissions and sponsorships accountability.
- Responsible for developing printed materials, brand collateral and merchandise, increasing our internal benchmarks.
- Lead the delivery of monthly ROI reporting, measuring performance against agreed KPIs and providing the basis for financial justification.
Organisational & Leadership
- Set clear objectives; provide real-time feedback, and conduct extensive performance reviews in line with FCTG policies.
- Foster a high-performing team culture centred on accountability, innovation, dependent execution, and quality continuous improvements.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding as required.
- Provide a turn-by-turn analysis of all regional activities: KPIs, budgets/reporting, deep financial returns, and ROI, recommending measurable recommendations.
Qualifications & Competencies
Experience & Attributes
- 5+ years in a senior marketing role, with explicit demonstration of drive in demand generation and acquisition-centric campaigns.
- Broad exposure to multi-channel marketing, B2B communications, and modern targeted acquisition strategies.
- Stand-out team leadership experience, including the ability to:
- Develop teams
- Set clear objectives
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
- Achieve measurable culture improvements and peer progress enhancements.
Required Skills
- Pitch clarity, consistency, and adaptable presence - effective communication via written and speech writing for internal and external audiences.
- Consistently meet or exceed competency in writing copy that supports Corporate Traveller’s branding and audience-relevant tone.
- Conceptualise, implement and measure digital campaigns with meticulous attention to ROI, KPIs, and customer acquisition costs.
- Process alignment with Microsoft Office Suite, CMS platforms, Salesforce CRM, analytics dashboards, and deep understanding of web traffic measurement (Google Analytics/Aurio tools).
