Overview The Business of Fashion is seeking a highly organised, results driven Senior Marketing Manager - B2B (Maternity Cover). Reporting to the Chief Subscription Officer, you will be the driving force behind generating high-quality leads for BoF’s growing suite of B2B products. This role is a critical driver within our matrix structure, working across B2B Missions you will support the sales teams by leveraging data and technology to identify, attract, and convert decision-makers at the world’s leading fashion, luxury, and beauty brands. What We Need You To Do Own, develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, product awareness and lead generation by targeting businesses that power the creative economy and shape global culture. Portfolio Management & Campaign Execution Strategy and Planning: create, implement and manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns to meet company revenue goals Inbound Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns to drive leads for BoF Professional for Teams (including "Teams” ", “Schools” and the "Partner Programme"), BoF Insights and BoF Careers partnerships. Product Marketing: Articulate the value of our B2B offerings, including BoF Professional for Teams, BoF Careers, the School Partner program for academic institutions and BoF Insights bespoke advisory and AItools, including Brand Pulse. Lead Management & Tech: Utilise the marketing and sales tech stack to build automated lead nurturing workflows, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the Business Development (Sales) team. Data-Led Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance metrics and customer usage data to refine targeting, engagement and maximise ROI. Content Collaboration: Partner with the "Newsroom" and "Content Strategy" teams to leverage BoF’s agenda-setting news content" for lead magnet creation. Sales Enablement: Create best in class marketing collateral that supports the sales cycle for high-value contracts. Stakeholder & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing supports the sales process and lead quality. Community Events: Partner with sales teams and the Events Marketing Manager to strategise marketing and follow-up initiatives for global community events, fostering deeper relationships with high-value prospects. Special Project Management: Partner with the sales team to develop and manage marketing collaborations with external third parties, including trade events, and design targeted marketing strategies for trialists from BoF’s flagship events to drive conversion. Process Efficiency & Collaboration Standardise seamless workflows and automate routine tasks within the team, establishing operational procedures that reduce project friction and streamline creative asset approvals. Lead cooperative, cross-functional efforts across a matrixed structure, bridging functional gaps with Product, Data, Technology, Customer Success, and Design teams. Who You Are You will have experience of B2B marketing with a focus on SaaS, professional services, subscriptions or complex sales. You will have excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform strategy. Analytical Thinking: You are "logical" and "fact-based", using data to back every decision. Technological Proficiency: Highly confident in CRM and Marketing automation systems to support a "recurring, subscription revenue" engine. Strategic Agility: Ability to bring "creativity to business, and business to creativity" while navigating a matrixed organisational structure. Communication Excellence: Delivers marketing copy and B2B content in the authoritative voice of the BoF brand, being an advocate for our strong brand style and guidelines. Confident marketer: Ability to network across an organisation and build strong relationships. Mental Agility: Ability to seamlessly "switch gears" between diverse products and multifaceted tasks with ease, maintaining sharp focus and managing high-capacity workloads effortlessly. You’ll Know You’re Successful When… A coherent and comprehensive full-funnel B2B marketing strategy has been established to support mission goals and is being executed There are clear goals defined and robust KPIs associated with the B2B marketing strategy The mission teams are aligned with the strategy and are seeing real results from your efforts
