With ambitious expansion plans across the UK and internationally, the business is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Director to shape and lead its marketing function.
You'll take ownership of marketing strategy, digital growth, and brand development from day one, working closely with senior leadership to drive ticket sales and business growth. This remote-first role offers the autonomy to build a high-performing marketing function while making a visible impact on the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy to drive ticket sales, brand awareness, and audience growth.
- Own and optimise the full customer journey across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, affiliates, and other digital channels.
- Lead brand campaigns, content creation, and commercial partnerships to maximise growth.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse data, and report commercial outcomes to senior leadership.
- Build, lead, and grow the marketing team in line with business expansion plans.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role within a consumer-facing business.
- Strong expertise across the full customer acquisition and retention journey.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, affiliates, and marketing automation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, brand, and content teams.
Salary
£55,000 – £65,000
