We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to own marketing—from strategy to execution—at Hexarad, where growth and impact are led by bold, skilled professionals.
Location: London Work style: Hybrid (3 days in-office) Salary: £47–52k (scale per experience) Experience: Minimum 3–5 years’ senior B2B marketing

The Role

We’re rebuilding marketing with AI and you will:
- Collaborate with leadership & our tech team to design and deploy smarter, faster marketing.
- Hands-off no mean feat. You’re not managing a corner—you own marketing.
What You Will Do
- Deliver compelling marketing campaigns & content across all channels.
- Lead product marketing—launch features and solutions with clarity and vision.
- Run & optimise all social/media content: consistent, high-quality, punchy.
- Use AI and automation: edge tech + marketing mastery to scale, speed, and exceed.
- Guard our brand with integrity—every campaign, channel, and interaction.
- Track performance (KPIs + metrics) to refine & achieve real results.

Key Technical Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years minimum in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare/tech/regulated industries.
- Strong hands-on content, campaign & social delivery—spot-a-pain, craft compelling messaging, ship fast.
- Comfort with core marketing tools & automation (think: HubSpot).
- Hands-on AI tool experience. You may not be aLL IA Rockstar (e.g. building agents from scratch), but use AI in daily work.
- Track record of creating with autonomy.
- Data ninja doppelgänger—pull insights from metrics, adj ratio, optimise, don’t guess.
Cool (But Not Required)
- Healthcare or NHS-facing marketing experience.
