This role is part of the Amazon Business marketing team. Our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, driving customer registration and acquisition programs among existing customers at scale through multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver the right message, at the right time, every time.

You will be responsible for owning the Commercial, Public and Strategic new customer registration strategy and plan across UK & Europe. This includes:

  • Understanding customer and market insights
  • Building and scaling compelling new to brand customer-focused programs
  • The ongoing development, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns and programmes
  • Working and influencing across a wider range of Global and pan-European stakeholders; across Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, Business Development, as well as external agencies

A successful candidate will have strong writing, communication and project management skills, along with a proven track record executing integrated campaigns that drive customer education, registration, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing manager who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the development, production, and optimisation of integrated campaigns, focused on key Amazon Business themes and products that are designed to increase customer registration and acquisition.
  • Build scalable processes and mechanisms to allow for pan-EU execution across various countries, including program KPI definition and reporting.
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define and implement integrated campaign strategies.
  • Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
  • Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide insights around campaign results, effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making for campaign optimizations.
  • Manage marketing budgets for EU, optimizing resource allocation and vendor relationships to maximize ROI across programs.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing team to ensure EU efforts are aligned with broader strategies and objectives, serving as the primary connector between regional execution and global vision.
  • Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication to stakeholders to ensure clarity on content activities, status, goals, and results — including regular business reviews with performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Coach and develop team members, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and create growth opportunities to build a high-performing marketing function.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
