Senior Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) - York (Hybrid)

£60,000 - £80,000 + benefits We're working with a bootstrapped B2B SaaS business in the HR / workforce space, hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of their performance and demand generation function. On paper, this is a Senior Marketing Manager role - but in reality, it's much closer to owning the growth / performance side of a Head of Marketing remit, sitting alongside a newly appointed Head of Brand. This is an opportunity to step into a business with strong foundations already in place and a clear need to bring structure, consistency and scalability to marketing.

The business

Bootstrapped SaaS - no external investment, so a very commercial, product-led culture Focused on sustainable growth and measurable outcomes vs "growth at all costs" Established inbound engine already in place (SEO, paid, referrals etc.) Operating in a high-volume SMB market (sub-250 employees), with subscription-based deals ranging from a few hundred to ~£10k

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
