Senior Marketing Manager – Hospitality

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading hospitality and drinks business on the search for a Senior Marketing Manager – Hospitality. This is a permanent role based in London, operating across a blend of Head Office, venue, and home working.
This is a highly visible role responsible for leading the marketing strategy across a portfolio of hospitality venues. Working closely with operational, commercial, and brand teams, you will create and deliver campaigns that drive footfall, increase customer engagement, and support revenue growth across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy across a portfolio of hospitality venues Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive footfall, frequency, and spend per visit Work closely with Operations teams to identify commercial opportunities and local marketing initiatives Lead the planning and execution of venue launches, events, activations, and seasonal campaigns Manage marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and effective allocation of spend Collaborate with digital, social media, creative, and PR teams to ensure consistent execution across all channels Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to optimise future activity Support the development of customer loyalty, retention, and engagement initiatives Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners Lead and develop marketing team members, driving performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience Proven marketing experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, drinks, or consumer-facing environments Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and venue-led marketing strategies Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results Commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand building and revenue generation Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Experience working with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, and commercial functions Excellent communication and influencing skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Team management experience preferred
