LotusFlare DNO™ Cloud is a digital commerce and monetization managed service that serves as a digital BSS to deliver valuable business outcomes for communications and media services providers.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Toronto. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will contribute to the marketing narrative for LotusFlare's B2B SaaS product portfolio, drive enterprise demand generation, and elevate the brand among global telecom decision-makers. You will work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to craft compelling stories that convert into pipeline.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Product Positioning
- Define differentiated messaging, value propositions, and positioning for LotusFlare's DNO Cloud platform with a focus on AI use cases and outcomes
- Drive market and competitive intelligence to inform product marketing strategy and identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for product launches, mapping the buyer's journey across digital channels including SEO, social media, events, and collateral

Content & Demand Generation
- Contribute to creation of thought leadership content including webinars, technical blogs, newsletters, and client case studies to generate new opportunities
- Produce high-quality marketing assets including pitch decks, product data sheets, solution web pages, demo scripts, battle cards, and ROI calculators
- Implement scalable lead generation and nurturing programs that drive qualified leads throughout the full sales funnel
- Leverage AI tools to drive marketing velocity, content quality, campaign optimization, and productivity
Cross-Functional Execution
- Contribute to and optimize LotusFlare.com for messaging, content, design, and performance
- Provide sales enablement collateral and market intelligence to support active sales cycles
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and ROI, using data to continuously optimize programs
Required Skills
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven ability to manage and scale full-stack marketing programs
- Demonstrated success marketing enterprise software to Fortune 500 or Global 2000 clients
- Ability to translate highly technical AI concepts—including Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automated network reasoning—into clear, business-value-driven narratives for C-suite telecom executives.
- Experience at or with top-tier enterprise technology companies such as Amdocs, Ericsson, Accenture, IBM, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or similar
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills with strong executive presence
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, automation, and analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions and deliver against measurable KPIs
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across globally dispersed teams in Product, Sales, and Finance
- Proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, AEO and digital advertising to drive inbound enterprise leads
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for storytelling, design, and brand consistency

Nice to Have
- Telecom domain knowledge — experience marketing to CSPs with an understanding of BSS, API monetization, or 5G
- Experience utilizing AI productivity and design tools to rapidly prototype high-quality marketing collateral, product explainers, and sales enablement assets without relying on external agency support.
- Familiarity with TMForum frameworks or telecom industry standards
- Experience with agentic AI or cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Manage press releases, media materials, and contribute to analyst relationships with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC
