Senior Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover – 11 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Role
You’ll lead a key revenue driver, defining how Costa Coffee excels in-home, elevating brand experiences through toolkits, assets, and innovation. This 11 month fixed-term maternity cover role is pivotal in reinforcing global branding while delivering impactful initiatives worldwide.
Key sectors: Marketing strategy, brand expression, portfolio development and cross-market collaboration.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Marketing Manager – At Home, you’ll:
- Lead the global strategy for At Home brand, ensuring consistent consistent consumer experiences in coffee routines across 45+ markets.
- Drive innovation, guiding high-growth operations while embedding global principles.
- Curate toolkits, playbooks, and assets that align with Costa’s brand vision and guarantee market relevance.
- Partner with local teams to support best-practice execution, packaging initiatives, and lifestyle photography rollouts.
- Own budgets, timelines, and delivery, ensuring initiatives are on brand, on time, and with high impact.
- Champion home-centric coffee moments that resonate costs worldwide.
