Senior Marketing Manager – O5269, SEARCHLIGHT
The Company
Our client is a British entertainment studio with a global reputation, celebrated for their influential gothic horror legacy across film, television, and emerging media.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing activity. You will strengthen the brand’s presence and drive engagement across a diverse and expanding audience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, digital, and paid platforms, ensuring activity aligns with the wider marketing strategy.
- Develop approaches that broaden audience reach and deepen engagement.
- Support long-term audience development.
- Explore new marketing and advertising opportunities, testing channels and formats to expand the brand’s visibility.
- Review campaign performance and interpret data to refine activity, delivering continuous improvement through strong performance analysis.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and visual identity in line with the brand.
- Work closely with the Channel Manager, internal teams, PR agencies, and external partners to deliver coordinated campaigns.
- Collaborate with other brands across the studio to ensure all marketing activity aligns with broader brand and content plans, maintaining strong studio alignment.

THE PERSON
You should have relevant B2C marketing experience and a strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns within the film or TV industry. This should be supported by strong leadership skills, including experience managing internal teams and external agency relationships.
It is important that you can:
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities that will elevate the brand.
- Explore new marketing methods to reach and engage diverse audiences.
- Interpret data and evaluate performance to guide decision-making and demonstrate clear ROI.
