About the Company
We are partnering with a well-established consumer-focused business to recruit an experienced Senior Marketing Manager. This role will take ownership of retail marketing activation across multiple channels, delivering commercially focused campaigns that drive both brand awareness and sales performance.
Description
The successful candidate will manage campaigns end-to-end, from forecasting and budget planning through to creative briefing, execution, optimisation, and performance reporting. Working closely with sales, ecommerce, and marketing stakeholders, you will help shape activation plans, improve processes, and maximise return on investment.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise retail marketing spend and campaign performance
- Lead integrated campaigns across retail and digital channels
- Develop reporting and ROI measurement frameworks
- Partner with commercial teams to align marketing activity with sales objectives
- Support product launches and ongoing promotional activity
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, testing, and campaign effectiveness

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong sales & marketing background with sound knowledge of retail marketing and ecommerce
- Hands-on knowledge of digital and social campaigns
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and performance KPI
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Remuneration
- Excellent salary depending on experience
- 3 days in the office/2 remote
