ThePlaceToBe are excited to be partnering with an established digital-first consumer brand that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. With a strong market presence, significant investment across ecommerce and marketing, and a customer-centric approach, the business is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of its journey
About the role…
This is a senior opportunity for a commercially focused marketer who can drive growth, lead a multi-channel marketing function, and balance brand development with revenue performance. You'll have significant influence across the business and play a key role in shaping future growth

What you'll be doing day to day…
- Leading the overall marketing strategy and growth plan
- Managing multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
- Delivering product launches, promotions, and key trading activity
- Owning marketing budgets, performance, and reporting
- Driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth
- Leading and developing the marketing team and agency partners
About you…
This role would suit a commercially minded marketing leader who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be equally comfortable analyzing performance data, developing growth plans, and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding results

What we're looking for…
- Senior marketing experience within ecommerce or consumer brands
- Strong commercial and revenue-focused mindset
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ability to balance brand-building with performance marketing
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
