Senior Marketing Manager

Oxford · Full-time · On-site

HydraB is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing, communications and brand activity across our portfolio of businesses, including Hygen, HyKit, Ryze Power and Wrightbus. You'll be the operational centre of the marketing function, turning group strategy into campaigns that build market presence and support commercial pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across our portfolio businesses, keeping every campaign on-brand, on-brief and on budget
  • Manage content and delivery across all channels, including web, social, email, sales collateral, event materials and case studies
  • Run demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns alongside sales and commercial teams
  • Own our digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, paid media, social and marketing automation, with consistent reporting
  • Support go-to-market activity for new product launches and cross-sell programmes across the portfolio
  • Manage agency, creative and freelance relationships from brief through to delivery
  • Maintain brand guidelines and templates across all portfolio businesses
  • Track campaign performance and channel metrics, using data to guide spend and channel mix
  • Monitor energy transition policy, mobility trends and competitor activity to inform campaign planning
  • Manage the marketing budget and coordinate industry events and media opportunities

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' marketing experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, transport or adjacent industrial sectors
  • Hands-on digital marketing capability, including website management, SEO/SEM, social, email and marketing automation
  • A track record delivering content across formats, from thought leadership to sales collateral and events
  • Experience managing external agencies and freelance resource
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation, including ABM and sales alignment
  • Exposure to hydrogen, clean energy, EV charging or transport decarbonisation is a plus
