The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager with experience in professional services to lead and deliver high-impact marketing activity for our UK business that drives growth, strengthens our brand and sharpens our market positioning.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our state-of-the-art Havas Village London. You’ll inherit a well-established global brand and take ownership of planning, executing and optimising integrated UK marketing programmes.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll use insight and data to inform decision-making and ensure activity delivers tangible, measurable results.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader with a strong track record across leading events, CRM management and team leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of marketing, brand and communications activity by:
- Planning and executing integrated marketing and growth campaigns, defining objectives, audiences, messaging and channels.
- Delivering hands-on marketing across digital channels, including content, social media, website management, CRM and events.
- Commissioning, editing and amplifying thought leadership and content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies and reports.
- Drafting external communications such as trade press releases announcing client wins, senior hires and key updates.
- Supporting new business activity through pitches, proposals and relevant marketing materials.
- Ensuring consistent brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards across all communications, providing guidance and templates to colleagues.
- Managing the marketing budget and external suppliers to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, including website, social, event and campaign analytics.
- Overseeing website management (CMS, content publishing, basic SEO and analytics) and digital/social activity.
- Owning CRM management to support campaigns, events, pipeline tracking and engagement.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing/ marketing management role within a professional services, B2B environment; experience in corporate communications is highly desirable.
- Strong track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including content, social, CRM and events.
- Experience producing and amplifying high-quality content and thought leadership.
- Confident communicator, with the ability to draft compelling external communications and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of brand management, with the ability to maintain consistency across channels and outputs.
- Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, suppliers and delivering measurable results.
- Data-driven, with the ability to track performance, generate insight and optimise activity.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience of leading and developing individuals or small teams.
