About Us

Our mission is to help people navigate relationship change with kindness, clarity and practical support. From moving in together to getting married, separating, co-parenting or blending families, amicable helps thousands of couples have better conversations and make clearer decisions.

Our digital, human approach combines technology with expert support to make things simpler, fairer and more accessible. We help people focus on what matters most, while reducing the cost and stress of navigating relationship change.

amicable is growing quickly as demand increases and the way people approach relationships continues to evolve.

Our values bring our purpose to life and make what we do and how we do it unique: we are Kind to everyone we encounter, we embrace Trust & Professionalism, with a quest for Customer Focus that drives us to be more Pioneering.

We are proud to be part of the Octopus Group.

About the Role

We’re launching a new business line, New Relationships, expanding amicable’s work beyond separation to support people at more stages of their relationships. Products we are exploring include cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements and living together planning sessions, alongside other services that help couples plan their relationships more thoughtfully.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be the hands-on engine behind how we reach, engage and convert our new audience. You’ll produce a wide range of content, build email flows, run paid campaigns and test what works. Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with our Product Lead, you’ll play a central role in bringing the new business line to market.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, enjoys figuring things out and loves seeing their work move the needle. If you enjoy building, testing and delivering results, this is the role for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
