Job Summary

Strider Technologies delivers strategic intelligence that helps organizations make faster, more confident decisions in an increasingly complex global environment. Using cutting-edge AI and proprietary methodologies, we transform open-source data into actionable insights that help protect technology, talent, and supply chains from nation-state risks.

Strider Technologies is looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to be the first marketing hire based in our UK office. This role is critical to expanding our footprint across the UK and Europe, building brand awareness, and generating demand among target audiences. As a member of the Integrated Marketing team and reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you’ll lead the charge on localizing and executing integrated campaigns, amplifying our presence through regionally tailored content and events. You’ll play a critical role in shaping Strider’s go-to-market strategy across the UK and Europe, helping to scale demand generation and accelerate enterprise pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong knowledge of the UK and European market landscape, a strategic mindset, and a bias toward action. You will represent the voice of the region within the broader marketing organization and play a key role in adapting global strategies to resonate locally.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Awareness & Integrated Campaign Management

  • Drive UK and Europe-specific initiatives that elevate brand recognition and credibility.
  • Own the UK and European marketing campaign calendar in alignment with global priorities.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs tailored to the UK and European audience that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.

Content Localization

  • Strategically localize U.S.-based content to fit UK and European market norms and sensitivities and adapt campaign assets and messaging for local resonance.
  • Identify content gaps and partner with the global creative services team to develop regionally nuanced materials.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Communications to execute regionally relevant PR opportunities, including earned media, speaker placements, and regional thought leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
