Senior Marketing Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Working) Salary: Up to £55,000
A well-established pub and bar operator is recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager.
This standalone role has responsibility for the UK portfolio of venues, offering the chance to make a real impact across the entire business.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, this role will involve:
- Delivering and executing marketing campaigns
- Supporting new venue openings
- Driving local marketing initiatives across multiple sites
- Ensuring brand consistency across the estate
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketing generalist with a passion for hospitality and a varied, autonomous role.

Important Notes About the Role
- Previous experience in hospitalsity (pubs, bars, restaurants, or multi-site hospitality businesses) is ideal.
- Experience supporting venue operations and working across multiple sites is essential.
- Candidates should have a proactive, outgoing, and hands-on approach.
- Strong campaign execution and project management skills are required.
- This junior management-level role requires the ability to drive marketing ownership independently and effectively in an evolving business.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the entire UK portfolio
