Senior Marketing & Web Designer
Stape is building payout infrastructure for global teams.We help companies hire, manage, and pay remote talent worldwide compliantly, predictably, and without operational overhead. We believe the future of global work is borderless, where payroll becomes invisible and cross-border payouts feel seamless.We are growing significantly faster than the market and are targeting 5x growth by 2026. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing & Web Designer who can truly understand a fintech product, rethink the current visual style and competitive landscape, define a clear creative direction, and bring it to a polished, structured, and easy-to-understand execution for both the team and our clients. We already have a UX/UI product designer on the team. Your mission is to make our external communications bold, conversion-focused, and trustworthy, with a strong emphasis on reliability and speed. What you will do Maintain, refine, and unify the current brand book, including proposing updates Build, structure, and maintain a scalable design system across marketing and web environments Develop concepts and implement landing pages and page templates (currently in Tilda) Bring structure to the existing website: unify styles and control design versions Create final graphic assets: creatives, social media announcements, sales and product presentations, merch, booths, and other materials Ensure visual consistency of the product across all touchpoints Requirements 5+ years of experience in design, including 3+ years in web or commercial design Strong visual taste and a solid understanding of global design trends Strong portfolio with landing pages, web design, commercial creatives, presentations, and branding work High execution speed and advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Illustrator Ability to adapt design across different environments without losing visual identity Strong attention to detail, ownership, organization, and ability to work independently at high speed Good working knowledge of motion and interactive design tools such as After Effects and Spline Willingness and ability to use AI tools and integrate them into workflows Experience in building and fine-tuning landing pages (Tilda, Webflow, Lovable, cross-browser) Habit of continuously improving visual taste and references through platforms like Mobbin, Dribbble, and other design resources Fluent in English What we can offer Opportunity to own and shape the visual identity of a fast-growing global fintech product.
