About the Role
We are looking for a Senior MarTech Analyst to join our Data Activation team at Hargreaves Lansdown. You will play a key role in delivering customer engagement and personalisation, using our MarTech ecosystem to turn business requirements into scalable, data driven solutions. This role sits at the centre of marketing, data and technology, focused on driving measurable commercial outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and deliver MarTech solutions that improve customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Build reusable activation patterns across segmentation, eligibility and messaging.
- Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable activation solutions.
- Work across marketing, analytics and engineering teams to deliver priorities.
- Ensure activation is aligned to data quality, governance and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to improving how activation is delivered across the wider team.
Experience
- Strong experience across MarTech, customer engagement or personalisation environments.
- Experience working with customer data platforms and engagement tooling.
- SQL capability and experience working with data to support activation.
- Experience delivering activation across multiple channels.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.

Knowledge
- Understanding of the end to end activation lifecycle.
- Awareness of how data, technology and marketing combine to drive outcomes.
- Experience working within structured or complex environments.
- Understanding of scalable and repeatable solution design.
Desirable
- Experience in regulated environments.
