Overview

As a Senior M&E Estimator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. Lasting, trusted relationships—with both teams and clients—are central to our practice. This role is fully remote, working on cross-European projects with occasional travel required.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

  • Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
  • Lead the development of the total project estimate
  • Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, including cost contingency recommendations for the project team
  • Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to complex problems, aligning with organizational and project objectives
  • Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates

Requirements & Eligibility

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 10+ years of experience as an Estimator, with increasing scope and responsibility in a construction environment
  • Have experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related discipline
  • Are RICS Chartered, CEP, or CPE-accredited, or progressionally qualified (We’ll support you on this path!)
  • Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Thrive on detailed analysis and maintain a quality-focused mindset
  • Build strong relationships through an open, purpose-driven approach and mutual enthusiasm

All interviews will take place either in person or virtually with video required.
