Our client is a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in London. Due to an expanding team and workload, they require a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager.
You must have:
- 7 years' experience within the construction industry as a quantity surveyor
- BSc, MSc, or HND qualification (or equivalent)
- The Senior Surveyor has experience dealing with the client and contractors on a frequent basis
- Has been the main point of contact on regular projects
- Experience with JCT & NEC Contracts

Salary: £100k-120k+ package dependent on experience

They are also in the market for Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyors.
You must live in the UK as this is an immediate opportunity
To be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting!!!
