Overview
We are hiring a Senior Measurement Account Manager to join our team in London, partnering with one of the world’s most iconic brand owners. This role sits at the heart of marketing effectiveness helping teams understand what truly drives growth and how investment decisions can create meaningful impact. You’ll work across markets, channels and disciplines, turning complex data into clear stories that shape smarter decisions. Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
Lead advanced measurement analysis to understand the incremental impact of marketing activity on business performance. Design and run testing approaches such as geo‑lift and controlled experiments to evaluate campaign effectiveness across regions and channels. Partner with channel teams and global measurement stakeholders to define clear KPIs and translate business goals into practical measurement frameworks. Shape and refine media mix modelling to inform budget optimisation and channel planning decisions. Communicate complex analytical findings in clear, accessible ways that support confident decision‑making by senior, non‑technical stakeholders. Collaborate closely with data and technology teams to ensure data quality and evolve measurement approaches as the ecosystem changes. Prioritise measurement initiatives based on potential business value, ensuring focus on what will make the biggest difference.
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for
Experience working in a marketing analytics or measurement role, ideally within an agency or client‑facing environment. A strong grounding in measurement and data science concepts such as causal analysis, testing methodologies and media mix modelling. Confidence working with data tools and languages such as Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R or Python (depth may vary by area). The ability to manage multiple workstreams with structure and clarity, balancing detail with pace. Clear communication skills, with the confidence to explain analytical insights to a wide range of stakeholders. Curiosity and problem‑solving mindset — comfortable exploring new questions and adapting approaches as needs evolve. A collaborative approach, with an interest in learning from others and contributing to a global, cross‑disciplinary team.
