Salary £55k to £70k - dependent on experience

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a friendly and capable Associate/Senior Mechanical Engineer to join an established building services consultancy.
Working within a welcoming group of engineers you’ll be part of a team designing and managing a wide variety of project types and sizes, you’ll benefit from a well-established client base with ongoing projects.

The Role
- Designing mechanical engineering systems for buildings such as hospitals, education, residential, and commercial.
- You lead mechanical services design on projects.
- You’ll lead the development for projects ensuring solutions are appropriate for the brief and regulatory standards.
- Take responsibility for solid technical delivery in your work either alone or part of a team.
- Meeting with clients, producing reports, specifications, and drawings and delivering successful projects from inception to completion.
- You will be financially astute and help monitor fee expenditure, resource, and work delivered.

Experience Required
- Excellent technical knowledge in Mechanical Design Engineering in building services.
- Solid experience in building services engineering and design through all stages of the design process.
- Autonomous approach.
- Mentor and supervise junior members of staff.
- Ideally Chartered engineer or working towards.
