Are you ready to accelerate your career with a dynamic and innovative F1 team? We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Mechanical Design Engineer specialised in Electrical Systems Integration to join our Electronics group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

Role Overview
Responsibilities
- 3D Mechanical Design and Integration: Design and integrate all Electrical components on and off car in accordance with the F1 technical regulations.
- Design of Composites and Metallic Parts: Design and route complex wiring harnesses.
- CAD Data Utilization: Use CAD data to produce components and harnesses’ mechanical drawings and associated documentation to ensure the electrical components and assemblies are installed as per design intent.
- Future Car Programmes: Work on future car programmes along with the implementation of development technologies.

Who We Want
- Experience: Previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport.
- Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge: Solid base knowledge of engineering first principles.
- CAD Experience: Previous CAD experience is essential. Ideally with Catia V5/3DX and knowledge of Electrical Workbench, but we will support with training if NX or similar is your expertise.
- Additional Skills: A good understanding of motorsport electrical systems is beneficial with solid knowledge of military spec connectors and harness design.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision-maker capable of working with minimal supervision. Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem-solving.
