We are looking for an experienced senior MEP project manager to join the team on our Oxford Ellison Project. Here you will ensure that all installations are carried out with the maximum efficiency and to the highest quality and to the company's standard on all key issues, co-ordinating with the Project Management team and engineering team to ensure successful M&E delivery to a defined cost, time and quality requirements.

Key Deliverables And Accountabilities
- Previous project management experience of fast-track data centres; major hospitals; prisons; science; stadia; and high rise commercial & residential (MEP value of £15m – 100m+).
- Responsible for delivering in a safe and efficient manner, covering all stages of the project life cycle (conception to handover).
- Responsible for budget and output performance and reporting to the M&E Project Lead.
- Accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the project life cycle including design, construction, commissioning and hand over to the Client, all in compliance with: agreed commercial criteria, milestone dates including contract commencement and completion dates, current Health and Safety legislation including CDM Regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Implement Safety Management Systems and personally set the standard of zero tolerance of unsafe practices and occurrences.
- Create an environment for exceptional team performance.
- Ensure the teams, roles, skills and behaviour are aligned with the LOR objectives and project requirements.
- Able to demonstrate an extensive track record of project/business delivery within the construction or related industries.
- A strong technical capability in applying construction methods and optimising the use of construction plant and equipment.
- Ability to drive a large-scale project.
