Mobidea is hiring a Senior Media Buyer

Mobidea is hiring a Senior Media Buyer to run live paid-media campaigns and contribute to a new media-buying AI project.

You will own daily scale, hold, optimize, and stop decisions, remain accountable for profitable execution, and work with stakeholders and AI engineers to turn campaign judgment into reliable ground truth.

You need strong media-buying judgment, data fluency, curiosity about AI, and the ability to explain decisions clearly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Launch and monitor internal paid-media campaigns that provide real operating data for the project.
  • Make hands-on scale, hold, optimize, and stop decisions across live campaigns.
  • Track spend, conversion rate, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, revenue, and absolute profit.
  • Work across performance and affiliate-marketing economics, with strong attention to offer, geography, audience, creative, and platform differences.
  • Document clear rationales for important campaign decisions so they can become useful learning signals.
  • Review AI-agent recommendations against real campaign outcomes and identify errors, blind spots, and unsafe actions.
  • Help maintain realistic evaluation scenarios, golden sets, and ground-truth labels.
  • Participate in judge calibration, override review, drift monitoring, and decisions about expanding agent autonomy.
  • Work daily with key stakeholders and the engineering team to translate business reality into requirements they can implement and measure.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Based in an EU member state, Ukraine, or the United Kingdom, with reliable daily working overlap with key stakeholders and the engineering team.
  • At least five years of hands-on performance marketing, user acquisition, or affiliate media buying.
  • Strong practical experience with paid social, particularly Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, and CPS campaign economics.
  • A record of making good decisions with imperfect data and explaining the reasoning clearly.
  • Strong data fluency. You can read distributions, investigate anomalies, and separate signal from noise. SQL familiarity is highly valued.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and turning operational problems into clear rules, examples, and acceptance criteria.
  • Fluent professional English.
  • Hands-on operating discipline. This role is for someone who wants to remain close to campaigns, not manage them only through reports.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, MMPs, fraud signals, or offer-level optimization.
  • Exposure to LLM evaluation, golden sets, judge models, prompt testing, or human-in-loop systems.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In the first 90 days, you will take ownership of the internal campaign operating cadence, build a strong working loop with key stakeholders and the engineering team, and establish reliable ground truth from live campaign decisions.

Within six months, you will help expand the number of campaigns one person can supervise safely as the AI agents improve, while keeping quality, profitability, and human control visible.

COMPENSATION AND LONG-TERM UPSIDE

The expected base range is EUR 55,000 to EUR 75,000 gross per year, adjusted for country and experience, plus a performance-linked bonus.

Exceptional long-term candidates may also receive equity or a long-term incentive, subject to final structure and local requirements.
