Would you like to join a globally recognised luxury house where you'll have the opportunity to shape media strategy?

As the Senior Media Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape media strategy, influence how media is planned and executed, and establish new ways of working. Balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution, you'll oversee media governance, optimise performance across the full marketing funnel, and build strong partnerships with internal teams, agency partners and major media platforms.

The Role:

  • Own and develop the annual media strategy across multiple brands.
  • Lead end-to-end media planning, investment and budget management.
  • Partner with a leading media agency to deliver best-in-class planning, activation and optimisation.
  • Act as the internal media expert, educating and influencing marketing teams on media strategy and effectiveness.
  • Develop audience strategies and drive data-led decision making through marketing mix modelling and performance insights.
  • Build strong relationships with key media partners, including Meta and Google.
  • Oversee campaign governance, media processes and asset management.
  • Deliver integrated full-funnel media campaigns across brand and performance channels.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders including Marketing Directors, the General Manager and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve media effectiveness and continuously evolve ways of working.

About You:

  • Proven experience developing cross-channel full-funnel media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of both brand-building and performance marketing across the full funnel.
  • Experience within FMCG, retail or luxury consumer brands.
  • Background gained either agency-side (ideally within a large network agency) or client-side.
  • Strong understanding of the UK media landscape.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Commercially minded with experience managing significant media budgets.
  • Confident balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Passionate about using data and insights to optimise media performance.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and bringing fresh ideas to the business.
