About The Role

As a Senior Medical Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Medical Affairs strategy for STADA UK's Specialty portfolio. Acting as a critical link between internal teams, healthcare professionals and the global Medical Affairs organisation, you will contribute to advancing scientific exchange, medical education, and cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid role combines office-based responsibilities with external engagement, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in both settings.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Provide scientific and medical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with local and global Medical Affairs plans.
  • Support scientific interactions with healthcare professionals and participate in advisory boards, expert meetings and educational events.
  • Gather and share medical insights from external stakeholders to inform strategy and identify unmet patient needs.
  • Contribute to the development of scientific materials, internal training initiatives, and medical education programs.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to ensure consistent messaging and effective field medical activities.
  • Act as a key interface with global Medical Affairs colleagues, supporting the localisation of global strategies and ensuring UK market insights are represented.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
