Senior Medical Writer
One of our busy London-based teams at Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a Senior Medical Writer to join them, supporting a high-profile global account focused on metabolic rare diseases. You’ll work on a recently launched product in the USA and Europe (2025), with opportunities to contribute to a fast-moving, scientifically rich programme of work.
Role Overview
In this role, you will deliver a broad range of medical communication outputs, including manuscripts, congress abstracts and posters, plain language summaries, slide decks, infographics, congress reports, and meeting materials. You will collaborate closely with senior writers and account colleagues to produce high-quality, impactful content across multiple projects.

- Contribute to manuscripts, congress abstracts and posters, plain language summaries, slide decks, infographics, congress reports, and meeting materials.

Ideal Candidate
This role is suited to someone who:
- Has a strong scientific background (a life-sciences PhD would be advantageous).
- Has experience writing within the medical communications sector.
- Is confident communicating with a range of scientific and healthcare professionals.
- Has the ability to think strategically and proactively contribute innovative ideas.
- Has a genuine enthusiasm for communicating science.
- Has a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
