Senior Medical Writer (Freelance) | 6 Month Contract + | Medical Communications | Remote/Hybrid
A fantastic freelance opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Medical Writer (or an accomplished Medical Writer ready for a broad, strategic remit) to join an outstanding London-based Medical Communications agency during an exciting phase of sustained organic growth.
Having secured new business within the Neuroscience/Spasticity space, the agency is seeking editorial support from July/August through to December on a 5–6 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly respected, collaborative team at a genuinely exciting time in their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading editorial delivery across a series of advisory boards
- Providing full editorial support, from:
- Agenda development
- Pre-reads
- Strategic guidance
- Content creation
- Meeting outputs
- Supporting content development for an ongoing HCP (Healthcare Professional) educational training programme, focused on:
- Injection training
- Peer-to-peer experience sharing
- Partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scientifically robust materials
