The Role:
- Build and maintain long-term supplier partnerships across global markets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximise margins while ensuring consistent product quality.
- Oversee order accuracy and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
- Lead regular critical path (CP) meetings to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Manage all FOB shipping documentation (BL, CO, B255 etc.) and compliance.
- Work closely with freight forwarders to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Take ownership of pricing from supplier negotiation through to wholesale, shipping, and delivery.
- Partner with design, sales, garment tech, marketing, and finance teams to align sourcing and import activities with business goals.

Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchandising, product sourcing, or supply chain management within retail, fashion.
- Proven track record of managing international clients and suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
