About SUMWON STUDIOS

SUMWON STUDIOS is a global brand house building, scaling and reimagining culturally relevant fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands. Our portfolio includes MISSGUIDED, SUMWON, BALR, Baby Phat, Playboy, AiiRZ, KiZN, and KSTM.

In just a few years, we have grown from start-up to one of the fastest-scaling brand platforms in the industry. Combining creativity, data, technology, and an agile supply chain, we build brands designed to win in today's digital-first world.

We operate at the intersection of culture, commerce, and innovation. Whether launching new brands, acquiring established ones, or unlocking growth opportunities across our portfolio, we move quickly, think globally, and challenge conventional ways of working.

As a Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brands to life through product. Sitting at the heart of the creative process, you will help shape trend-led collections that connect with customers, drive commercial performance, and strengthen brand identity across our portfolio.

The Role

We are looking for a creative and commercially focused Designer to join our growing Design team. Working closely with the Design Manager and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for developing trend-led collections that align with brand strategy, customer demand, and commercial objectives.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for product, a deep understanding of menswear trends, and the ability to translate market insights into commercially successful collections. You will play a key role in driving innovation, identifying emerging opportunities, and supporting the delivery of compelling product ranges across a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
