We’re looking for a motivated Senior MEP Cost Consultant to join our London team

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across both pre- and post-contract MEPH cost management stages, with the confidence to lead project delivery, provide specialist commercial advice and support client relationships.

This full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK (£20m - £150m), reporting directly to an Associate Director or Director while leading the MEPH cost management of high-profile schemes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead day-to-day MEPH cost management activities across assigned projects
  • Manage cost planning, estimating, procurement and post-contract delivery through to project completion
  • Provide specialist commercial advice on MEPH costs, risk management and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and wider project teams to support successful project outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including senior-level engagement
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to the continued development of MEPH technical knowledge and digital and data-led approaches to cost management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
