At MiCiM, we deliver end-to-end project management and construction solutions for the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors, driving excellence through collaboration, innovation, and technical expertise.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a critical role in delivering a high-performance facility in Woking. You’ll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of this complex data centre build.

The Role:

  • Provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives
  • Own and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery
  • Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence
  • Identify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; and plan and implement strategies to meet their needs
  • Take charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for money
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors

  • You will have already managed medium to large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring junior project managers and teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong contract knowledge & financial acumen
  • Degrees in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering subjects are preferable, but we’d also like to hear from you if you are qualified by experience.
  • You may already have experience in the Data Centre/Mission Critical sector, but we are also keen to speak to Project Managers in other sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Offshore and Maritime.
