The Opportunity
Crown House Technologies are the specialist MEP delivery unit of Laing O'Rourke and are currently recruiting an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Dagenham.
What will the role look like?
- Lead all commercial aspects of major MEP packages within a fast-paced environment, including specialist mechanical, electrical and public health subcontractors.
- Provide full commercial, contractual and financial management to achieve project profit, cash flow and margin targets on data centre delivery.
- Plan and support complex data centre MEP delivery, ensuring best practice across procurement, commissioning, and subcontract management.
- Lead commercial activities across pre-construction and construction phases.
- Manage commercial resources supporting high-value, fast-track data centre MEP delivery programmes.
- Support development of commercial team members and strengthen capability within data centre project delivery teams.

What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of contracts in complex project environments.
- Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying from a specialist MEP subcontractor or main contractor.
- Background in high-value, fast-paced project environments (ideally data centres or critical infrastructure).
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Member of RICS or working towards achieving MRICS status preferable.
