The Role

As a Senior Merchandiser, you’ll be right at the heart of our business - using data, insight, and commercial instinct to drive sales, maximise profitability, and keep our product game strong. You’ll be a key partner to our Head of Merchandising and Buying teams, ensuring we’ve got the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
This role will be based out of our central Manchester office.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Using data to optimise sales volume and profitability across product areas.
- Planning budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy.
- Managing stock levels and monitoring WSSI to keep intake sharp.
- Reviewing sales forecasts and making proactive recommendations.
- Spotting best and worst sellers, acting fast to maximise performance.
- Supporting promotions, rebuys, and trading decisions.
- Building strong relationships across Buying, VM, Studio, and Finance.
- Leading and developing your team to perform at their best.

What We Look For
Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar Merchandising role.
- Solid understanding of WSSI and trading frameworks.
- Advanced Excel skills and a sharp numerical mindset.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Commercial awareness with a passion for menswear and streetwear.
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
