Senior Merchandiser - Fashion
Manchester
£50,000 DOE + Benefits
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing fashion brand as a Senior Merchandiser. You will have full ownership of the Merchandising function across all channels. This is a leadership role responsible for a talented team to deliver planning, forecasting, and trading excellence. Based in the Manchester Head Office, this is a full-time office-based role.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of WSSI, delivering accurate forecasting across demand, OTB, and margin to keep the product flow commercially strong.
- Own the seasonal and quarterly plans across all channels ensuring smart grading and a well-balanced product mix.
- Analyse weekly trade, identifying risks and opportunities to maximise sell-through and protect margin.
- Align stock and intake plans with business targets, ensuring we deliver on time and stay ahead of trading needs.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop your team, supporting growth, progression, and setting clear objectives and standards.
- Own the merchandising operational systems and processes

- Strong merchandising experience gained within the fashion industry, with a genuine passion for product and consumer trends.
- Proven expertise in planning, forecasting, WSSI, and OTB, with confidence making decisions in a fast-moving retail environment.
- Highly numerate and commercially minded, able to translate data into clear, actionable direction.
- A collaborative, influential leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing, and senior stakeholders.
