This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join a growing organisation where data is central to business decision-making. The Role

  • Deliver reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to support business performance
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Build and enhance reporting frameworks, data models, and analytics processes
  • Support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations
  • Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and analytical capability across the organisation

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within financial services
  • Advanced SQL skills with current hands-on usage
  • Experience working with large, complex, or imperfect datasets
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to turn data into clear business recommendations and influence decision-making
  • Experience gathering requirements and delivering analytical solutions end-to-end
  • Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable
