Lead Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect
Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Technology & Engineering | Type: Permanent

The Role
We seek a Senior Dynamics Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to drive impactful solutions in financial services. This position allows shaping next-gen customer and business platforms using D365, Power Platform, and Azure.
As the leader, you’ll:
- Design and oversee D365 solutions for enterprise environments.
- Provide technical authority, mentorship, and delivery governance.
- Collaborate in a supportive, outcome-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and lead end-to-end D365 Customer Service deployments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs using the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Build robust integration systems (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.).
- Apply Power Platform tools (AI Builder, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Guide junior engineers/architects while ensuring technical excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Key qualification areas:
- In-depth expertise in D365 Customer Service and Microsoft cloud services (Azure).
- Proven track record designing business process integrations, case management, SLA handling, and routing.
- Proficient in Dynamics/Power Automate connectors and configuration best practices.
- Understanding of financial services processes, especially in capital markets and back-office operations.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders and clients.
Bonus Points
- Experience leading delivery governance for large-scale projects.
- Hands-on AI Builder experience (including entity extraction/classification).
- Dataverse implementation in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to build proof-of-concept (PoC) demos and engage with clients at senior levels.
- Background in agile consulting and client-facing technical leadership.
