Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing the adoption of AWS Migrations and Modernisation business in the UK and Ireland? Do you have the business skills and technical background necessary to drive revenue and growth, allowing our customers to take full advantage of the most feature-rich and highest performing cloud network?
Join a team of passionate experts dedicated to solving complex customer challenges through cloud migration and modernization. This is not just about lift-and-shift - you will act as a central point connecting migrations, data, AI, and agentic transformation to deliver compelling customer outcomes. You will work with some of the biggest and most prestigious businesses in the UK and Ireland, diving deep into their requirements, explaining our value and capabilities, and joining the dots across migration events to drive broader transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will possess both a business and technical background, enabling them to engage accounts at the CXO level, as well as with software developers, network engineers, security experts, and IT architects. They should see migration as an enabler - a launchpad for customers to modernise and adopt AI and agentic capabilities - rather than an end in itself. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against account and territory plans. Good knowledge of infrastructure and cloud computing across the major hyperscalers would be a distinct advantage as well as knowledge of Microsoft licensing.
A key part of the role is to work directly with customers to understand their business objectives, assess their current environment to determine the most cost-effective way of migrating and modernising services into AWS. Critically, you will identify and orchestrate opportunities where individual migration workstreams can be connected into a cohesive transformation narrative - linking migration events with data modernisation, AI adoption, and agentic business transformation to maximise long-term customer value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
