Senior Mobile App Developer
Remote (UK) | Native iOS & Android
We're looking for an experienced Senior Mobile App Developer to join a growing technology team responsible for developing and enhancing high quality native mobile applications used by customers across the UK.
This is an opportunity to work on modern mobile applications from design through to deployment, collaborating with product, design and backend teams to deliver intuitive, high performing user experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Designing, developing and maintaining native mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Building new features and improving existing functionality
- Working with Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit for iOS development
- Developing Android applications using Kotlin and Java
- Integrating REST APIs and third party services
- Writing clean, maintainable and scalable code
- Taking part in code reviews and contributing to technical decisions
- Working closely with cross functional teams in an Agile environment
- Helping to mentor and support other developers within the team

What we're looking for
You'll have strong commercial experience developing native applications across both iOS and Android and be passionate about building quality software.
We're particularly interested in people with experience of:
- Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit
- Kotlin and Java
- Publishing applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- REST API integration
- Mobile application architecture including MVVM or Clean Architecture
- Git and modern development practices
- CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

Experience with cloud platforms, Firebase, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or cross platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native would be beneficial but isn't essential.
