Senior React Native Engineer (Do Health – Preventative Healthcare at Scale)
Do Health is a mobile-first, preventative health product built by a small, autonomous team within Voy, embracing a startup-like agility with the backing of an established company. Co-founded by Dr Rangan Chatterjee, we’re on a mission to shift healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive prevention.
If you’re passionate about craft, autonomy, and building impactful products, this is a rare opportunity to shape experience and architecture for millions, while delivering features independently in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role
You’ll join the core product engineering team, responsible for building and scaling our Expo/React Native app—a role beyond ticket-taking. Ownership means:
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle feature development: Lead major mobile features from concept to production in our React Native/Expo stack.
- Architecture & strategy: Collaborate with product and design to shape UX, technical architecture, and delivery roadmaps without relying solely on predefined specs.
- Autonomous execution: Make impactful product and engineering decisions, balancing speed with maintainability.
- Performance & scalability: Optimise app performance, reliability, and maintainability as user numbers grow.
- Core patterns:
- Design scalable state management solutions.
- Build offline-first architectures.
- Integrate real-time APIs without lock-in.
- Engineering excellence: Champion testing, observability, and thoughtfully reviewed code while shipping at scale.
- AI in development:
- Responsibly leverage AI tools without compromising correctness.
- Iterate on speed vs. quality.
- Shipping independently: Own features end-to-end, minimising handovers in a fast-paced environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
