Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What they’re looking for
- 2-4 years in mobile product management on a high-quality B2C app (fintech/wealth is a bonus, not a must).
- Premium B2C companies will be considered.
- Hands-on experience shipping native iOS and Android apps (not just web wrapped in an app shell).
- Someone who notices the details, has high standards, and can’t leave clunky experiences alone.
- Curiosity about AI and modern tooling, and an interest in using agentic AI/LLMs to change how products get built.
- A clear, confident communicator who can bring engineers, designers and founders along with them.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the client-facing mobile app experience end-to-end across iOS and Android.
- Setting direction, managing the backlog and working with a dedicated mobile squad to ship meaningful improvements.
- Using data to understand how people actually use the app and to measure the impact of every release.
- Continuously improving how the team builds: tightening the loop with engineering and making the most of an AI-powered pipeline.
- Experimenting with new tools and technology to deliver better products, faster, without sacrificing quality.
