You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, React Native Mobile Developers, and QA colleagues to ensure the quality of our mobile applications and shared platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Perform manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across iOS and Android applications.
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing activities.
  • Work closely with developers during feature development to identify quality risks early.
  • Build and maintain automated tests for critical user journeys using our existing automation frameworks.
  • Validate integrations with APIs and backend services.
  • Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and release activities.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Support regression testing efforts before releases.

  • Strong manual testing skills, including exploratory and regression testing.
  • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
  • Understanding of mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman or similar.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with automation tools such as Appium, Detox, Maestro, Playwright, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud device testing platforms.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with accessibility testing.
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments.
  • Understanding of feature flags and progressive rollouts.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile build processes (Xcode and Android Studio).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
